Lillian Villa is set in the sleepy hamlet of Velianitatika approx 2 km from Gaios and 10 minutes walk to the stunning west coast. The original house has been renovated to incorporate traditional and modern features and enjoys a peaceful and private location. The design of the house is simple and in keeping with the surrounding area, comfortably and stylishly furnished to a high standard combining traditional and modern designs offering spacious interiors, open beamed ceilings and terracotta stone floors throughout. The large gardens are natural with a great variety wild flowers, traditional dry stone walls and silvery leafed olive trees. There is a pleasant partly covered side terrace with B.B.Q for those al fresco meals. Lillian Villa consists of a large living and dining area, extensively equipped modern open plan kitchen. A spiral open tread staircase leads up the mezzanine gallery and 3 further bedrooms and bathroom with shower.
